If your a comedian, this article has some advice for you.

Any material is automatically the intellectual property of whoever wrote it, but she recommends comedians put a  © symbol and a date on a written copy of anything they create in case they need to prove it later.

So next time you tell or write a joke make sure consult a copyright lawyer.  Speaking of lawyers, have you heard the one . . .

According to Information Week, it looks like you better watch what you write, or should I say copy.

Zeidman Consulting Monday (Aug. 7) introduced a suite of tools for comparing computer source code to detect such things as plagiarism, copyright infringement, intellectual property theft and patent infringement.

Worldwide as of July 7, 2006 Pirates of the Caribbean:  Dead Man's Chest has grossed $390,277,457 according to Box Office Mojo.  Box Office Mojo says the first Pirates fo the Caribbean grossed $653,913,918.  Of course when someone finds a treasure everyone wants the gold coins inside.

Now that Apple computer is on top and has been on top in the digital music arenaNano Press Image, everyone is giving them a hard time.  This time it is Scandinavia . . .

Denmark, Norway and Sweden plan to force Apple Computers Inc to break the exclusive link between its iPod music players and online iTunes store.
